At the first visit a confidential and comprehensive health history is taken, your consent obtained and a treatment plan designed.
Any contraindications are discussed and if necessary a referral letter will be requested from your Doctor.
Each treatment session is usually one hour depending on the treatment selected.
Folowing the treatment the results are recorded and after care advice given.
With complementary therapy results are subtle and it is recommended to have regular treatments or a course of treatments. Reflexology - necessitates removing footwear, your feet will be cleansed and oils and creams may be used.
Indian Head Massage - is carried out in a seated position and can be applied over clothing or with the use of oils to skin. A loose top may be be worn or can be removed.
Face Massages - are carried out whilst the client is lying on a flat massage table. Oils are used. A loose top may be be worn or can be removed.
Hopi Ear Candles - the client lies on each side, the candle is inserted gently in the outer ear, with the therapist remaining in close contact whilst the candle is lit. This is usually followed with a face massage.
